Hi, I’m Luba, a coach and counselor specializing in relationships, personal growth, and life transitions. My interest in psychology began in 2003, driven by a deep curiosity about human emotions, relationships, and transformation.

 

Besides coaching and counselling I spent over 20 years in the music industry, experiencing firsthand the challenges of reinvention, identity shifts, and high-performance pressure. This shaped my understanding of resilience, self-worth, and the mindset shifts needed to embrace change with confidence. Now, I help people move forward with clarity and build a future that truly aligns with who they are.

I combine counseling techniques, coaching tools, and deep emotional work to help clients achieve clarity and real transformation. My method is rooted in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), emotional processing, and practical mindset shifts that empower people to take action.
